I had a great weekend getaway at this hotel! The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, and they even upgraded my room upon check-in. The view from inside the hotel was stunning, and I loved how convenient the location was. It was just a short walk to the famous Walking Street and Bali Hai Pier, making it easy to explore the area. Plus, the room was spacious and comfortable, providing a perfect place to relax after a day of sightseeing.
There were a few aspects that could be improved upon. the toilet in my room had a constant unpleasant smell, which was quite off-putting.

Great location on the main road, just 600 meters from the famous walking street. The hotel has two pools, which are a fantastic amenity.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Pattaya and I was quite pleased with my experience. The first thing I liked about the hotel was the convenient location. It was situated within walking distance of the main attractions and entertainment areas, making it easy for me to explore the city during my business trip. the hotel offered a delicious breakfast buffet every morning, providing a great start to my day. Lastly, the staff at the hotel were friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any requests or questions I had.
There were a couple of aspects that I didn't particularly enjoy during my stay. the rooms were a bit outdated and could use some renovation.

Had a great New Year's experience with this hotel. The staff was always helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. The pool area was fantastic and we enjoyed the live music in the evenings. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety of foods for everyone's taste. We loved the fact that the hotel was just a short walk away from the beach and many restaurants and shops.
That the rooms were a bit small and cramped. We also noticed that the Wi-Fi signal was quite weak in our room.
